About Dr. Elliott, Founder and Director
Dr. Elliott grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, the fourth generation in medicine. He attended John Hopkins University Undergraduate, University of Nebraska College of Medicine for medical school, and University of Iowa Hospitals, Department of Dermatology for Residency. He was trained in hair transplantation in 1971, while a Dermatology Resident. Over the years, he invented many things which advanced the process of hair transplantation. He has always been at the forefront of the latest technology. You can rest assured that the techniques used at the Pacific Hair Institute have been and will continue to be the latest technology available, once evaluated and proven by the physicians at the Pacific Hair Institute. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery.
About Dr. Dauer
Dr. Dauer grew up in Los Angeles, CA. His father is a prominent nephrologist. Dr. Dauer received his M.D. from New York Medical College and then trained in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Dauer subsequently received additional training in Hair Restoration Surgery from some of the most respected leaders in the field. Dr. Dauer is a Diplomate of the The American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. He is especially interested in eyebrow transplantation, and is an accomplished musician and composer.
